Despite my efforts to resolve this through multiple emails, I received no response, which has been incredibly frustrating and stressful, especially since I recently moved my family. I want to emphasize that the dental professionals are outstanding — they are skilled, professional, and genuinely caring. This feedback does not reflect their clinical work, which has always been commendable. Unfortunately, the management of my case has been quite poor, eroding the trust I had in the clinical team. On a prior occasion, I paid for a scale and polish but only received a scale due to equipment issues. No partial refund or resolution was provided, and after numerous follow-ups, I ultimately decided to stop pursuing it. It's truly unfortunate that such high-quality clinical care is overshadowed by ineffective communication and customer service in the administrative aspect.
