I ordered a Stanley Mate System and found that there was factory damage to the lid (no fault of MKPBR). The damage was inside a sealed package and all packaging was in mint condition. I contacted Stanley about having the lid replaced and they refused after saying they had no warranty parts in stock. MKPBR went out of their way to not only find me a new replacement lid but also shipped it to me at no extra cost.Very happy with their customer service and attention given to each customer.
