Horrible customer service gave me the run around for days and last second said they were only doing wholesale private shopping. If some of the products you want are on their website they will strong arm you into buying from there and make up imaginary rules. The most horrible customer service l've got in my life don't recommend at all. After I inquire about how many units I would have to purchase to meet the wholesale requirement they said I needed to buy 100 units per item.
This is at a time where their website clearly states you need a minimum 150 USD to get individual private shopping services. Their website made not mention of there inability to do individual private shopping.

They've kept me updated throughout the entire process, told me when parts of my orders were sold out and even pointed out things that may become potential issues for me when they received the items, asking for my opinion and how to proceed. They also took detailed pictures that documented everything. After that, the shipping was also quick and arrived very well packed.It was an overall great experience, would absolutely recommend. I was a bit hestiant at first because there arent many proxy seller for brazil and the quote was a bit expensive. The support was outstanding and they documented the whole process and kept me updated all the time. A bit pricier than maybe smaller services but very professional and fast!
I ordered a Stanley Mate System and found that there was factory damage to the lid (no fault of MKPBR). The damage was inside a sealed package and all packaging was in mint condition. I contacted Stanley about having the lid replaced and they refused after saying they had no warranty parts in stock. MKPBR went out of their way to not only find me a new replacement lid but also shipped it to me at no extra cost.Very happy with their customer service and attention given to each customer. I would happily order from them again in the future.Thanks again! Enjoying my mate right now :)
