A good app when it worksHOWEVER - Recently over both of our TV's we received continuous 'Network Error - Try Again Later'Every time I was required to unistall the MLB tv app and then reinstall it. Then you have to re-enter your username and password. On one of the username screens the first language option is Japanese! This is ridiculous - one of the MLB phone technicians told the problem was because we live in New Mexico and that is not in the United States and the service will not work out of the US! I informed that New Mexico is between Texas and Arizona. I asked them where they live and they said Guatemala.The error and reload requirement keeps happening and then another phone technician told me its because our 2016 Sony flatscreen tv is not a supported device and then recommend I purchase another tv or tv device like apple tv or roku.I told them that I will 'not' be doing that and that MLB is a multi-billion business and needs to hire better software designers. And that is their responsibility to better provide the services they advertise and receive money for.I said there is no way I'm going to rebuy a new tv to satisfy MLB's inability to provide cross-platform access. Logic would be that in a couple of years MLB would stop providing support for that new tv as well.This is the 'only' app we have problems with.Frustrating, stupid and very poor answers and incompetent support!!
