I ordered an early Valentine's gift for my wife who's a 49er fan. When I received the order, I realized that it was way too big for my wife. So I called and they gave me instructions on how to return it and even took care of sending me a replacement that's the right size. Great customer service. It's cutting it close, but they said it should arrive by the 13th!
