The representative I spoke with had limited English skills and informed me that there is only a thirty-minute window to cancel an order. This is simply unacceptable. I attempted to cancel my order about two hours after placing it. It seems like a tactic to dissuade customers from canceling. I will be returning my entire order and will not shop with this service again.
They claim that if you order today, you will receive your item by Christmas. However, after placing my order, the delivery date was pushed back to January 8th—one month later. They don’t allow cancellations; you must wait for the item to arrive and then return it. This is blatant false advertising.

Completely unacceptable customer service. They charged tax upfront during payment, shipped internationally, and then I had to pay tax again upon pickup because they didn’t use it for shipping. When I raised this issue, their support claimed that the tax was for shipping the item. How absurd! They are nothing but frauds.
The customer service is extremely poor, not due to the representatives, but the overall process. I placed an order for a sale item a month ago, and the situation only worsened from there. I received little communication except for a one-time delay notice. Customer service claimed it was a preorder—this is not what I signed up for! I was supposed to receive my item within a couple of weeks. They finally refunded my shipping, but said there was nothing else they could do. No updates or estimated delivery. This is just dishonesty. I still don’t know if I’ll ever get my item. This is ridiculous. Honesty is key; they need to learn this.
I ordered a hoodie and waited a week for it to ship, which they consider reasonable. My item still hasn’t shipped, and now they say I must wait three more days before I can take any action. Their customer service is dreadful; during a chat, the representative vanished for ten minutes before returning to apologize for being busy. It’s frustrating. I have no idea about the product quality yet, but I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company, as they reflect poorly on the brand.
It’s disappointing how the hobby has deteriorated. Ordering from their website shows items as in stock, but after two weeks, I received a delay notice. After many attempts to reach someone, I was told I couldn’t cancel the order because it was past the cutoff, meaning no refund either. After explaining that my order was out of stock, someone finally submitted a cancellation request for a refund. When I ordered, it was clearly marked as in stock, so why was it unavailable? They seem to prioritize larger orders over those placed first. They make it easy to take your money but getting a refund is like pulling teeth. Terrible business; I won’t buy from them again.
