I placed an order on 4/26/21, i received half my order 4 days after. I sent an email explaining that my order was short an item. They replied telling me that it would be replaced, this was 2 weeks ago. Last week I sent and left a message to give me a refund and I have not heard neck from them. I’m not happy because I didn’t receive my item or my refund.
