I like it

I like it, because my skin is on the drier side with a little topical dermatitis I only use it a couple times a week with a moisturizer/spf over it. Seems to be working well for me!

I placed an order on 4/26/21

I placed an order on 4/26/21, i received half my order 4 days after. I sent an email explaining that my order was short an item. They replied telling me that it would be replaced, this was 2 weeks ago. Last week I sent and left a message to give me a refund and I have not heard neck from them. I’m not happy because I didn’t receive my item or my refund.

The serum was shipped quickly

The serum was shipped quickly. I like how it feels— light and not oily. My one complaint is that there are no instructions on how much to use—“ in the morning” is as specific as it gets. The bottle comes with a dropper, but do I fill it up or just use a few drops?

So far I have experienced some changes…

So far I have experienced some changes after using her product. I was hesitant before starting, called customer service and they were the best, walked me through on how to I guess say perfectly use the product. Will definitely update my post once I get to see a full result.
