I received a bag with a loose thread where the strap attaches, and the glazing appeared sloppy. I returned it with tags still attached, yet they threatened to deduct a return fee, which is unprofessional. They sent me a defective product and expect me to pay for returning it. After returning the item, they did not confirm receipt like most reputable companies do. My email about the refund went unanswered. This is poor customer service, and I want to warn others to be cautious with this company.
