I had a completely unsatisfactory experience with the service. My order was held in customs for 21 days (shipped from Turkey, not from the "Europe" as advertised). They did not address the delivery issue, resolve the export problem, or respond to my last request for assistance. This was a total failure in service and transparency. I do not recommend.
