I had an excellent experience with customer service. Although I can't speak for others, my interactions were smooth and prompt. I requested an exchange, and they arranged for free pickup. Although my parcel was delayed in customs, they issued me a gift card before it even reached them. Additionally, their bags are unique and impressive! I hope they open a store locally.
