We stayed at Via Oriuolo 19 in Florence, Italy. Apartment was conveniently located to Duomo. Staff was responsive to our messages regarding problems we encountered but did not resolve them satisfactorily or respond to our request for a credit because of the inconveniences we encountered. We rented a two bedroom, two bath apartment and did not have full use of the second bathroom for most of the stay, thus inconveniencing us by sharing a bathroom. The hot water in the shower did not maintain its temperature. Someone did come to check it, it worked a few minutes while he was there, and then did not. We reported this. One night we had a power outage only in our apartment. We were advised to go down to the lobby to find the electric box and reset it which we did at 11 pm. The owner said power outages are common in Italy yet ours was the only apartment to have this issue. But the most unpleasant experience occurred the last two days of our stay. The bidet, which we never used, was leaking. We sent messages and a video to the owner. The bathroom became totally unusable because the floor was covered with water. The owner's response to this was that we should have requested more towels to absorb the water! I do not spend time on a vacation mopping up water. Thus, I cannot recommend this unit.
