Repairs for their poorly built properties are not prioritized, with paint easily coming off walls and cupboards breaking down. Condensation issues persist as well. Nevertheless, they consistently manage to send out unfriendly letters. Perhaps they should channel the same urgency into addressing their substandard buildings!
