Failed injunction.
Peeps if youv'e been following my reviews of moat you will be pleased to know the injunction they sought was struck out. The Judge was fair in his summing up because he was aware of the fight that I have been through to get justice. My County court claim againat moat will be heard on 26th March so I am hoping that justice will be served then too.

A deeply frustrating experience.

This housing association is truly disappointing. They are quick to send out letters regarding communal areas and restrictions on decorations, but they show little regard for residents' needs. Flats are assigned to families with children despite the lack of lifts and proper consideration for their circumstances. Repairs for their poorly constructed buildings are not prioritized, with paint easily coming off walls and cupboards falling apart. There are ongoing condensation problems as well. However, they consistently manage to send out unpleasantly worded correspondence. Perhaps they should apply the same urgency to fixing their substandard properties!

Avoid at all costs!

Stay as far away as possible from this company! They do nothing to ensure your home is safe and livable, opting for the cheapest and least effective solutions that only worsen the situation. They pass off responsibilities to others and communication is virtually nonexistent. They are truly awful!

Vindictive and untrustworthy.

This association is malicious and unapologetic. I've been summoned to court for alleged non-payment of service charges. It took them four years to initiate court proceedings, but when they want action, it's immediate. The legal aid process is frustratingly convoluted. I look forward to defending myself in court and revealing the corruption within this system.

Expect annual increases in your service charge along with surprise deficit letters that demand payment. Avoid this company; they are the biggest con artists in the business.

Shocking customer service.

The customer service is abysmal. I have given up on emailing. My neighborhood officer ignores my messages, leaving me feeling unheard and undervalued. Despite claims of having dedicated managers available, my experience has been anything but satisfactory. I awarded one star because the webchat representatives are polite, even if they are unable to resolve any issues.

Quick to evict without justification.

This association is too eager to evict tenants based on unfounded allegations. The truly problematic neighbor was allowed to make my life miserable with false claims. I faced potential court action because of these lies. My family was even scrutinized during visits, and the association disregarded the truth presented by my witnesses. Leaving was the best decision I made, as they were clearly swayed by false accusations. Avoid this association at all costs.

Endless struggles with repairs.

After my son's ceiling collapsed last year, it took three months to receive any response. They relocated us temporarily, but after eight months, we returned to an unfinished property with ongoing issues. The repairs are inadequate, and I am left with a hazardous living situation. Despite reporting leaks and other problems, they refuse to take responsibility. The lack of urgency and communication is appalling, and the stress is overwhelming. I wish I could leave this association for good.
