Impossible to get hold of, when they do answer the phone they are rude or just couldn’t care. I was trying to buy a shared-ownership property and three weeks before completion I found out they had put tenants in the property and I would have to wait another 3 months for them to leave. They quite literally wasted 9 months of my life and cost me a lot of money with no home at the end of it. Shambolic and inhumane
