Terrible customer service, I messaged to cancel my subscription as I couldn't see how to do it via the app and was told that it has been cancelled only to be charged a couple days later. The person explained that they have no say over the app only the website?! And despite seeing I had a web account and app account only cancelled the one and didn't tell me about the other. No apology no explanation just a 'contact google'. Strange and unpleasant and I would not renew because of this.
