This review is about their customer service. I’ve not actually had any of the meals, I cancelled my subscription because I don’t know how I did this but I signed up to the 7 day free trial without realising which automatically took £34.99 from my account when the free trial ended. I contacted customer service and explained, initially they couldn’t find my account because I’d hidden my email and Andrea gave instructions how to find it and my account was cancelled with full refund. She had to deal with my stupidity and was very helpful and I thank her for that 😁
