I noticed that a subscription was started under my name which I did not intend to begin. I have tried to cancel it but have not been successful, and charges are still being made to my accountI tried to stop this but customer service asked for personal details and as others people here I was dumped by a bot. Why ??? This is frustrating beyond words. I will report as fraud
