Extremely Disappointed with the Service

If I could give a 0-star rating, I would. I am very disappointed with the service I’ve encountered since signing up with this company. I have been trying for weeks to update my banking information on my online portal, and a consultant on WhatsApp assured me that the changes were made and my account was fully paid and up to date. However, when I log in, it still shows the wrong bank details. The communication has been truly poor. I wait for hours or even DAYS for replies on WhatsApp, and there is no direct contact number. The numbers I found online go to voicemail. I've left multiple messages requesting a callback, but the only calls I received were quick reminders about an outstanding balance, which is confusing given the previous information I was provided, with no assistance on updating my details. I am willing to settle any outstanding amount if necessary, but the agent who reached out promised to send banking details, and I have yet to receive anything. This situation is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. How can a customer resolve issues when there is no support, no direct line, delayed communication, and no follow-through? I will never use this service again!
