Terrible thieving company, i have left this company over 3 months ago and still not recieved my final pay, company ignores emails and when they do reply they will not taking anything into consideration that you have wrote. They over inflate damages costs and do not want to pay you, if your thinking of joining MBL i would recommend running the opposite way
This service is utterly deceptive, luring individuals with promises of high earnings and support for their work. What is hidden is the expectation to work for less than minimum wage without breaks. They advertise working hours from 11:00 to 19:00, but in reality, you will find yourself working much longer due to the overwhelming number of deliveries expected each day. I underwent two days of training, one day in a classroom and another for a ride along, under the impression that I would be delivering in a specific region. However, I was taken to remote areas that took nearly 90 minutes to reach before making any deliveries. Ultimately, after informing them I wouldn’t continue, I received no communication regarding my pay for those two training days until today, over a month later. The email I received included an invoice that disregarded one day of training pay and deducted nearly all but £30 from the remaining day's pay, which was already less than what they had advertised. I strongly advise against working with them; they exploit individuals and misuse self-employment contracts to bypass labor laws.
My partner finished his training and began delivering parcels. Due to the route's distance from home, he decided to leave the job. This was back in November/December, and he still hasn't received any payment. He has reached out multiple times but has received no response.
This service is utterly deceptive; they entice you with attractive earnings and claim to provide everything needed to work for them. However, they fail to mention that you will be paid less than minimum wage with no breaks. They advertise working hours from 11:00 to 19:00, but in reality, you will work well beyond that due to the volume of parcels and stops. I underwent two days of training, one in a classroom and one ride-along, believing I would be delivering in a specific region. Instead, I was taken to remote areas that took nearly 90 minutes to reach before making a single delivery. After informing them I wouldn't be continuing with them, I received no communication about the payment for my training until over a month later. The invoice ignored one day of training pay and deducted most of the remaining day's pay, which was already less than what was advertised. Avoid this service; they exploit workers and use self-employment contracts to bypass labor laws.
This is a terrible service to work for; do not engage with them. They will overwork you with heavy loads for just £150 a day, which is not worth the effort. They also charge you for damages to the vehicle that you did not cause, and they fail to pay you correctly. Stay away!
This service is untrustworthy and misrepresents what you'll receive for your work during interviews. Read the contract carefully before signing, as it contains loopholes that require you to work long hours for less than the national minimum wage. They also restrict your ability to work within a certain area. You are responsible for vehicle hire and insurance, yet if an accident occurs, you are still liable. The contract states you will be paid within 28 days of leaving, but like many others, I have not received payment or any communication when inquiring. In my 25 years of working with courier services, this one is by far the worst. I've noticed fraudulent job postings from them online and will be reporting their deceptive practices.
I worked for them for seven months delivering parcels. Now, I'm two months into waiting for my final pay! They refuse to communicate with me, and the partnering service claims they cannot assist. This is unacceptable. Two months without payment is irresponsible and abusive!
