I had one appalling call with a man whovmade me repeat everything three times (current number, previous number, sort code, post code) and helped barely at all.
I then had a call today with a man who seems to have sorted everything - provided the PAC code worked and I get to keep my number (will find out after 5pm tomorrow...).
Not exactly the seamless worry-free experience promised on the marketing literature.
