Took 3 weeks and 3 phone calls before our SIM cards arrived, was told we’d get email confirming that they’d been posted - never received. Only emails we got were for feedback and hope you are enjoying your new sim!
My wife and I were helped to set up our Asda SIM card only by your customer service mobile team who were very good, helpful and pleasant to deal with.
The only reason we haven’t given it 5 stars is because we have only used the SIM cards for 2 weeks.
Thank you and very good so far👍
Absolutely useless mobile phone provider. I lost my phone so they sent me a replacement sim which was allocated a different phone number, I had to call them around 6 times and each time the customer service advisor couldn’t understand that I wanted my number.. it has now been 2 weeks and they still have my outgoing calls blocked as it isn’t registered to any phone number. In the end I got my PAC code and went to O2
A new customer but leaving tomorrow.
Purchased my first pack and told when ecpired, just buy another plan
I did only to find they never added to my account. Said it was my fault!!!
Why is auto-renewal so difficult? I cannot see the option in app, that I have already been using earlier, and every month I have to call customer care just to get this sorted. I was told that my credit card was delisted, but no reason was given for this. Overall, this is extremely frustrating and time-consuming.
When transfering number pac was provided, during process! Had to re submit due to missing numeriouse fundementaly important texts. So initial submition should have really been enough! 🙄
I ordered a SIM card and after 14 days, it still hadn't arrived. The complaint process was challenging. Eventually, another SIM was sent, which took 5 days to arrive. It then took an additional 4 days to activate, with warnings of possible issues for a few days. While waiting, the second SIM arrived. Overall, it took nearly a month from ordering to using.
The service is quite good, but I do have some concerns about the signal strength. It seems that the price may affect the quality—like with a lower-priced plan, the signal isn't as reliable, whereas higher-priced options offer much better connectivity. Aside from this, everything else is excellent. However, there are certain areas where I can't make calls or send texts due to a lack of signal, and it only allows emergency calls. Any suggestions?
