This was my second time calling for help, the first time my phone just stopped working completely and used my husbands to call for support and I got Yusuf who not only figured out what was wrong but told me how to fix it and waited on the phone with me until it was fixed!
My husband decided I need to upgrade to a bundle and as I was doing it all online somehow my account ended up with my husband name on it and I couldn't fix it and I still hadn't bought the bundle so I called support again and once again it was Yusuf, I told him everything that happened and that I wanted a bundle and I wanted to keep my same number and that I need that name changed back to me!
Do you know what he did, Yusuf did it all, name change, new bundle, payment plan, same number and he did it all in under 5mins and it took me 20min online when I first started and messed it up but Yusuf is the man when it comes to customer support, he is so easy to talk to and he doesn't make you feel stupid when it's you that made the mess in the first place!
Forget doing any changes online just call customer support and speak to a real person who can and will help you like Yusuf (I do hope i'm spelling that right) and if I had any friends for family who were'nt already on ASDA mobile I would recommend it.
One last thing for ASDA mobile, give Yusuf a pay raise, that young man is an asset to your company!
