I do not rget signing up with them for my phone service. in any of their stores which seem to be in all the large cities I feel confortable walking in and getting their help. They are friendly and curtious. They know exactly what I've needed when I ask a question. I'm always introduced to someone who speaks English and this helps me a lot. The bills are very reasonable. I have access to my account and billing at any time.
