Terrible customer service and ethics. They are cheap, and there is a reason for this - because they are truly awful. You will make a saving in the short term but you will pay the price further down the line. Do not ever make the mistake of taking out a phone on rental from them, it ends up costing you much more than the value of the phone, plus you have to return the phone in its original state at the end of the contrat - not sure how you are supposed to return a 2 year old phone in its original state. They charged me a total of 200€ when I returned my Iphone. Do not trust this company.
