Horrible customer experience and overcharged for 3 months. Free have not followed through on their promise to refund charges they made after my contract had been cancelled. I used Free for 6 weeks on my trip to France. Trying to cancel was a painful process, I had to send a letter in the post - hello, it's 2023 Free and we do business online !!I've now called them 3 times and every time they are unhelpful at best but eventually agree that I will be refunded for the 3 months that I continued to be charged after cancelling.It has been 6 months now and I still haven't been refunded the incorrect charges despite all their promises.Needless to say that I will NEVER use Free again and will shout from the rooftops about how bad a company this is.
