I went to a store to subscribe to my freebox wifi set and double confirmed with the lady if there should be any hidden charges that I should be aware of. She reassured me saying that it's just the cost of the player, and there aren't delivery costs at all, and said it would only be xxx value. TELL ME WHY, when I see my bank statement I was charged more than double the price for "service and other fees". Contacted the service team and they basically just replied with a little "oops but it's in the fine print that we emailed to you" and "sorry it was not communicated to you clearly". I was basically lied to and scammed into subscribing. Now I know I'm going to have a difficult time unsubscribing as well, having read all these comments. The technicians were nice but it's just inefficient and unreliable. Sometimes the wifi is way slower than it is advertised too. Overall, not recommended.
