I had a problem yesterday that I apparently couldn't solve on my "espace abonné" alone, so I wrote to the customer service. I don't think I have ever had such a bad experience as yesterday's. Instead of trying to help me they replied that "They though they had been crystal clear" when they first said I didn't have any other option and that keep bothering them would not solve anything. This is not how you should handle costumers even if they can't be helped the way they wanted to be helped. This is just unpoliteness. Now I have to solve things alone, but once I have come out of this mess I'm going straight to some other French telephone company and I'm leaving FreeMobile. If I could put zero stars I would, Highly unsuggested to anyone.
