When we finished our visit to the Free store on Avenue Jean Médecin in Nice, I took a moment to find the store manager and tell her that she should be very, very proud of all her staff. They did a wonderful job helping resolve our complicated and frustrating situation.My daughter will live in France and go to university to do her master's degree. My family is in France and Nice on vacation and helping my daughter set up her new apartment. We live in the USA so there is a bit of a language issue finding someone who speaks English fluently so they can help us with our problem as it's a bit complicated. My French is good (I'm Canadian, but it's been many years since I used my French. Thanks Google Translate), but not good enough to explain the complications.We went to the Free store on avenue Jean Médecin in Nice.It's obvious the store is busy as they do a great job providing solutions to their customers. The staff at this store were very helpful and wonderful. Every person - EVERY PERSON, including the security guard at the door - that my daughter spoke with offered to help her and the staff helped her. All the staff were moving from customer to customer and she was talking with several staff members because I started the conversation and then I had to wait about 30 minutes until my daughter came into the store.When we finished, I took a moment to congratulate the manager (Melissa) and told her that she should be proud of each and every member of her team. They all did a wonderful job helping resolve a complicated and frustrating situation.Thank you thank you thank you very much.
