I had a very disappointing experience. I sold my device and shipped it promptly after placing my order. I chose this service because they advertise “fast payments” within 3–5 business days after receipt. My device arrived at their facility, but it’s now well beyond the promised timeframe, and I only received updates after repeatedly reaching out. Their responses were brief and almost dismissive, stating my device was still with the testing team due to high volume. Only after I followed up did they finally inform me that testing was complete. This makes me feel like my device would have remained unprocessed without my inquiries. I relied on their promise of fast payment as I urgently needed funds. Unfortunately, the delays and lack of communication made this process extremely frustrating. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
