Waited 7 business days after MM said they had mailed the satchel to receive it. Took 2 days for them to receive it. 5 days later they said it was approved for payment. Then nothing. I emailed them 3 times and received the usual " many number of calls etc" reply. I called them and the message was the same. I received an email stating there was a delay. I received the payment 2 weeks and 3 days after posting.
