My experience was quite disappointing. I sold my laptop and shipped it promptly after placing my order. I chose this service due to their claim of “fast payments” within 3–5 business days. My laptop arrived promptly, but it’s now well beyond the promised timeframe, and I only received updates after reaching out multiple times. Their replies were short and almost dismissive, indicating my device was still in testing due to high volume. Only after I followed up did they inform me that testing was complete. This makes me feel like my laptop would have remained unprocessed if I hadn’t contacted them. I relied on their promise of fast payment as I needed funds urgently. Unfortunately, the delays and lack of proactive communication made this process extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
