I ordered under the impression of a 30-day return policy but faced difficulties returning the unit, as support ignored my requests. The unit struggles to connect to the service, unlike my other device. Their return policy is inconvenient for mobile solutions, essentially discouraging returns. I will not engage with this company again and will warn others about my experience.
