Unprofessional Experience and Discrimination

This place lacks professionalism and shows discrimination based on who you are. I advise against working here, as they will entice you with an initial interview question. After a few days, they simply inform you that, upon reviewing your skills, you are not qualified. It's ironic because they initially showed interest in your skills when you applied. They should have communicated upfront that they decided to move forward with other candidates after reviewing applications. Instead, they lead applicants on just to meet their quotas. This experience was frustrating, as I invested time answering their questions only to be declined. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Unlimited Plan is Misleading

I purchased an unlimited plan in April, believing it would be ideal for gaming and streaming. After spending around $800, I found myself manually setting my router to connect to the best carrier. The router's password was changed, preventing access. Speeds were slow, even on 5G. An email from a representative indicated I was exceeding data limits on my 'unlimited' plan, which actually permits only 20 gigs daily. This translates to about 560 gigs monthly, making the plan far from unlimited. I'm very dissatisfied.

Update 9/4/25: They reached out to rectify the situation, issuing a partial refund and accepting my return. I will update this review once resolved. Update 9/3/25: I recommend staying away. I ordered a mobile internet solution with expedited shipping, expecting it to arrive the same day as advertised. Instead, it shipped the next day, impacting my trip. I ordered under the impression of a 30-day return policy but faced difficulties returning the unit, as support ignored my requests. The unit struggles to connect to the service, unlike my other device. Their return policy is inconvenient for mobile solutions, essentially discouraging returns. I will not engage with this company again and will warn others about my experience.

Service Didn't Meet Expectations, Partial Refund

As an online shopper and ecommerce store overseer, I know when a company is misleading. This was the case here. Ignore their claims; once they have your money, the experience changes drastically. Their service failed to work as advertised, with speeds of only 0.07mb/s despite assurances of nearby cell towers. After several days of troubleshooting, I returned the product, only to receive a refund of $152 from the original $325 I paid. After some back and forth, including contacting their CEO, I finally received a full refund. Overall, it was not a good experience, but I appreciate their eventual resolution.

Disappointing Purchase

I inquired about the compatibility of the router with my T-Mobile internet boxes, receiving confirmation multiple times. However, while my boxes connect, the combined speeds are only one-third of what I get from a single box. Support was friendly but kept attributing the issue to external factors, which I disproved by testing without the additional device. I am out approximately $700 for a product that does not perform as promised.
