Their service failed to work as advertised, with speeds of only 0.07mb/s despite assurances of nearby cell towers. After several days of troubleshooting, I returned the product, only to receive a refund of $152 from the original $325 I paid. After some back and forth, including contacting their CEO, I finally received a full refund. Overall, it was not a good experience, but I appreciate their eventual resolution.
