Nothing but problems with this company. I work at a small business so I do not take negative reviews lightly, but MobileMustHave's policies and customer service are horrendous. I would not recommend counting on them for mobile internet. There were multiple issues over 3 months but I'll jump to the main situation:I ordered a mobile internet bundle and the equipment arrived ok, but 2 months later they canceled my mobile internet plan. They are clear up front that sometimes they don't have control over the mobile carriers, and I completely understand that. However, the alternatives they offered weren't compatible with the equipment they had sold me. My options were to go with a plan that was far inferior with not nearly enough data or coverage, or to buy expensive new equipment that was compatible with a comparable internet plan. I asked them repeatedly to let me return my equipment and purchase the new equipment, but their response was that it was "way past the return deadline"...it had been 2 months since I purchased the bundle. I pleaded with them to make an exception and let me exchange the equipment since I had purchased the equipment and the mobile plan together as a bundle; my request was continually denied even after it was escalated to upper management. The most annoying and unprofessional part of this was that they kept recommending that I try to sell my equipment on ebay. Their exact words were that "there's a strong secondary market for this equipment". I actually did try to sell it when they left me with no other options; I ended up dropping the price to 1/3 of what I paid for it and I still didn't get a single offer, so it turns out the secondary market is not so strong. In the end, they were forcing me to eat the cost of my equipment which was now obsolete. To reiterate, it had only been 2 months since I purchased it as a bundle with the mobile internet plan. Worth mentioning that even having these conversations with customer service was incredibly difficult because when you call in, their customer service reps say that they can't help with anything related to mobile internet plans, it seems like they're really just there to help you buy more stuff. I had to email in and wait sometimes several days for a response. Their whole customer service department was disjointed and I had to explain my situation from the beginning every time I spoke with someone. Even the so-called customer service manager didn't remember me after I had spoken with her at length. I understand customer service slip-ups, but I was told that this was escalated up to the owners and they still shot it down. That means crummy customer service is a company-wide policy. Their whole attitude was "oh well, not our problem".I strongly recommend you get your mobile internet plan and equipment from another company.
