I upgraded my phone on a 24-month contract with a fantastic deal during a promotional period. I received my package but then fell ill the same day. I received an email days later stating that due to activation issues, my deal was cancelled, and I needed to return everything. I explained my situation, but they insisted it was their policy. They arranged for collection of my phone and extras but refused to honor the original deal. The entire experience has been very stressful.
