Excellent service, simple ordering process and prompt delivery. I'm very pleased with my purchase, and the communication was satisfactory. I was informed about the arrival once it was dispatched. Very satisfied. I've used this service twice now without any problems.
I placed an order for a phone on November 10. It never arrived. The courier returned it to the company on November 24. Over a month has gone by since my order, and after numerous lengthy calls to customer service, I still haven't received confirmation of cancellation or a refund, leaving me without a mobile phone. Very poor service and I can't recommend them.
I received approval for a mobile for one daughter, but the application for her twin was denied. I submitted the requests a few days apart due to my busy schedule. This didn't seem logical, and the verification messages were quite difficult to understand.
Giving them one star feels overly generous. I'm currently waiting for a callback regarding my recent phone purchase that isn't functioning. I took it to a service location only to find out my brand new phone was sourced from another country, and there's little assistance they can provide. The support team has been the least helpful I've ever encountered. No apologies or assistance whatsoever!
I ordered my phone on December 3rd but haven't received it as of December 6th. The website indicates it has shipped but lacks delivery details. The message states: 'Delivery expected by: Thursday, December 4th.' The phone arrived today. Thank you!
I upgraded my phone on a 24-month contract with a fantastic deal during a promotional period. I received my package but then fell ill the same day. I received an email days later stating that due to activation issues, my deal was cancelled, and I needed to return everything. I explained my situation, but they insisted it was their policy. They arranged for collection of my phone and extras but refused to honor the original deal. The entire experience has been very stressful.
