As my contract was coming to an end I recieved a phonecall from Matt exploring options for upgrades / end of contract etc, there was no pushyness and so professional and respectful. He gave me the option to take a sim only deal while waiting for a specific phone/model to come out as a temporary measure then upgrade when the time comes out.
