i was scammed someone got my details and ordered a phone i have informed the appropriate people but still keep getting e mails from Mobiles.co.uk .still not resplved the scammers got my details ordered mobile 07455098815 ref number 150011598/001 cannot find the e mail to send them the proof of returning the goods as this was also a scam and sent to them You have my email address this wants sorting

The website and offers available are fair but my concern is the offer of 24 hour delivery is not upheld and in reality is out of their control. You end up having to pay maybe 3 or 4 days of your contract that you are unable to access. This is quite unfair as the network provider is unable to amend the bill start date, and once the item is in the hands of the courier you are not only charged but have no control on when or if the purchase will arrive. You wait in and then there is nothing you can do if the parcel fails to turn up.

Received the wrong phone and no support

I ordered a larger phone expecting the iPhone 15 Pro Max, but instead received an iPhone 17. Initially, everything seemed fine until the mishap occurred. The company recognized the error and attempted to contact me from a number that appeared to be spam. I had to package the phone and take it to a local shop to print a return label, which I did promptly. They informed me that they couldn't send out my original order until they received the return, but they didn't refund the £35 I had already paid. Then, the next day, I received reminders to be available for the delivery of my new phone. When the package arrived, I was excited, only to find they sent the iPhone 17 back to me again. They apologized and asked me to return it once more, assuring me they would send the correct phone immediately. I ended up paying another £35. I tried reaching out via WhatsApp, email, and text, but received no response. This experience has been very frustrating, so please be cautious.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Incorrect Item Received – Highly Stressful Situation I ordered a premium smartphone from an online retailer. My order was confirmed, invoiced, and marked as complete. However, when the package arrived, I received a power bank instead of the phone. This is a significant error, not a trivial mistake. According to consumer rights regulations, products must be delivered as described, and in this case, they clearly were not. Like many customers, I had already completed a SIM swap in anticipation of receiving the device, based on the order confirmation. When the incorrect item arrived, I was left without a usable phone, adding unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation. Mistakes can occur, but addressing this has required far more effort than it should have. Customers should not have to chase, escalate, or rely on consumer rights to receive the product they paid for or a refund when a retailer sends the wrong item. This experience has greatly diminished my confidence in the retailer’s order processing and customer support. I would strongly recommend others to proceed with caution, maintain comprehensive records, and be aware of their consumer rights before making a purchase.

Outstanding support! I reached out to the sales team with some specific questions, and they were incredibly helpful. The prices listed are quite reasonable. The service and delivery were prompt as well. I just wish they had the latest model in the sage color available. I didn't want to wait an additional two weeks, so I opted for black instead. It still looks fantastic! 🤩

Mobiles UK - Fantastic! As my contract was coming to an end I recieved a phonecall from Matt exploring options for upgrades / end of contract etc, there was no pushyness and so professional and respectful. He gave me the option to take a sim only deal while waiting for a specific phone/model to come out as a temporary measure then upgrade when the time comes out.

He was fantastic thanks again mate!

P.s Looking forward to the S26 Ultra so see you in march hopefully!

Delivery Issues with the Courier Service

Regrettably, the courier service has not yet delivered my phone. I am still waiting with no updates on the tracking... The company has already initiated my direct debit, and I will incur charges for the time I am without a phone... This situation is not acceptable, leading to a disappointing experience.

Deceptive practices with misleading stock availability. After your payment goes through, you receive an email informing you that the item is out of stock in all colors and that you must wait 17 days before it can be shipped! It's a shady and unprofessional way to conduct business. This seems to be a common issue with tech companies in the region.

Extremely disappointing experience

What a terrible experience. I'm unsure about this company. I ended up with a delivery through a service, and then received a message stating they would collect my parcel the next day. I hadn't even opened it yet. I made repeated calls to them, and sometimes the number wasn't recognized. When I called back, there was no answer. It's very concerning for someone who is a 77-year-old pensioner!
