Order went smoothly, but can't remember on which website I found their offer...

+ Ordered a Galaxy S23 Ultra 512GB from this shop. It actually redirected me to submit the monthly payment contract to Samsung's UK website. I could choose my preferred device, then go with my personal info, delivery and payment. All this went very well.+ Someone said the Samsung website is fake. It is not. It's their domain. You can check the SSL certificate as well.+ They do some checking and if you pass them, the order is forwarded to be prepared for despatching and delivery. These are the steps: "Payment Accepted/ Order Acknowledged/ Order Confirmed/ Preparing dispatch/ On the way/ Delivered". - I'm still on "Preparing despatch" for few days already, even if they've promised "Next day delivery". Imagine, the case for the phone already arrived. If this order is not fulfilled, I'll have to return the case too.- Although I have other orders made on Samsung's website, they do not look to appear on my account, nor these orders are connected by the same email address used for the order. So if you're logged into your Samsung account, you must log out to actually check your order's status. Silly, isn't it?- I can't remember on which website I found the offer I bought. Was it Uswitch? Or another one? Can't remember?- Is kinda confusing that the MobileShop website is just an interface/paravane and mostly used for some FAQ and order tracking and this incomplete. You must check your new contract order on Samsung's website. The only info it's offered is this: "Processing at WarehouseMore DetailsYour order has been successfully received and is being processed at our warehouse.As soon as your order is shipped, we'll email you to confirm it's on its way. Thanks again for choosing Samsung Mobileshop." That's all. On Samsung's website, it's a bit better.- Although I've ordered a "Three Advanced Unlimited Data (24mths)" I've learnt just after that, that I have a "Lite" version of this "Advanced Unlimited", so Roaming is not included ("You can unlock your UK allowance for 24 hours in Go Roam destinations to use your allowances just like at home. It’s £2 in Go Roam in Europe, and £5 in Go Roam Around the World destinations." LOL). Only on "Value"(28 Daily Go Roam Passes) and "Complete"(56 Daily Go Roam Passes). Just a "little" marketing gimmick. All right, I understand I bought the cheapest possible contract with unlimited all, but they could've mentioned that. It's a small detail, but important for me, because I travel all August each year in Europe. Therefore, to use it while in Roaming costs are huge. So not worth it. Better buy any European SIM and just use that at 10–15 Euros for a month and 10-20GBs included.One star down for order being on "Preparing dispatch" status yet for a few days already.I'll update this review later with the experience I have had with this e-shop. Now reading so many negative reviews, I'm a bit worried, but I hope I'll have the experience of the positive reviews.LE: it's 30th of the month, the date they've promised my "next day delivery" will take place, in the shape of 5 days. Order still on "Preparing dispatch" status. Probably 5his is going for cancellation. Never had this issue with other companies. For each day late, one star down. It's unacceptable.LE: 1st of October. Another day - no delivery yet, another star down.LE: 2nd of October: delivery update has been updated to 3rd of the month, but no notification on my email yet. On Chat with Samsung, I'm told the delivery is scheduled for tomorrow, 3rd, or this week. "Thank you very much for waiting. We apologise for any inconvenience. Due to circumstances beyond our control, your order has been delayed, [My name]. You can expect your delivery within this week or tomorrow, 3rd of October. Once your order is on its way, rest assured that you will receive automated communications from our courier partner." Let's see...LE: 4th of October: just received an email from DPD, that my order has been received by them, and they're waiting the parcel from Samsung. So from now it's finally a (9 days +)"next day delivery"... I hope the contract hasn't been enabled from when I ordered the smartphone. I would have to go with -1 stars :pLE: had to be delivered on 5th, but the DPD driver felt he's skip my delivery, so it's been delivered on 6th. Contract started on 4th, when they despatched the order. Everything came OK after all, but the next day delivery is actually 10 days...
