He was very welcoming, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. He was in full smile while processing my purchase and requirements. He thoroughly explained the importance of phone features, plans, prices in a clear and honest way. It didn't make me feel rushed or pressured. He patiently answered every single quesion with genuine care. Im extremely grateful for his outstanding service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a phone. Hunter is the best! It's rare to encounter someone who maintain such consistent, excellent service over nearly two decades. It was nice to meet him again after all these years and finally get a new phone from him. After 19 years since buying my very first phone from him, it was super great experience and receiving the same excellent service again.

I don't normally do reviews. But after placing my order, I read the reviews on here and panicked, I thought that there was no chance I get my phone and contract. However I ordered my s25 ultra and 24 month o2 contract on Saturday and the order progressed smoothly and now on Monday my phone is arriving. So don't panic if you have places an order.
Just stay away from mobile shop,I'm a full time employee from last 2 plus decade's,Earn over 60k every year,Monthly direct debit- Mortgage Car Financial-Insurance-plus life insurance-3 mob contract for family yet declined my order,Reason given poor credit history,How on earth Mobile shop can rate me like this,A terrible company all I suggest to stay away from them.
AVVOID. Awful service, phone purchased through Samsung, Mobile shop complete the order. Mobile shop made a compete mess of the order, they claimed my bank details were false, tried all my accounts, same result. Referred to IT, nearly 2 weeks later and a dozen calls through them they then claimed that O2 had rejected it as I already had a contract with them, which I didnt. Ended up cancelling the order, they wouldn't even acknowledge or deal with my complaint. AVOID
After placing my order, I came across many negative reviews, and was regretting ordering Samsung s25 ultra and O2 contract. But I needn't have worried as it all went like clockwork for me, I have my new phone and I am busy setting it up now. So not a scam and all good for me.I decided to write this review as I'd seen all the negative ones.
Lie when they ring up. I bought a phone on Samsung store, no mention that the O2 contract offered was nothing to do with Samsung. Last I heard from Samsung is that the deal is cancelled but no news on how the money I paid upfront is being refunded. very concerned with why they needed my bank statement when they say their system doesn't recognise the account details as valid . reporting them to Fraud office after Christmas
