I ordered a phone on Black Friday. After waiting for 14 days, the support team informed me they didn't have the item and wouldn't send it. They offered a similar phone for a higher price. After I accepted the offer, they stopped responding to my emails. I will not purchase from this seller again. Poor customer service.
