I installed an eSim for my travel to Singapore. When I landed at Changi it failed to connect to a lower telco. At my hotel with Wi-Fi, I emailed Customer support. Next morning, I received a trouble shooting checklist. Sure enough the checklist identified that my data roaming was disabled. Once enabled, it connected immediately to the local telco.I should add that this was my 5th eSIM purchases for use in different parts of Asia and previously they worked seamlessly. The important SOP is to turn off your Primary sim while in flight and turn on the eSIM on arrival. If not your primary sim will connect to the local telco before the eSIM and you will be charged 1 day of day roaming by your service provider.👍
