I tried an eSIM in Mauritius with a 1 GB option over 8 days. After using 330MB, the signal became very weak or nonexistent, particularly during the day when I needed it most. There was some data connection at night, likely a bandwidth issue with local mobile partners.
The eSIM for Namibia did not work at all. Customer support was not helpful, often repeating the same information in emails. After several attempts, we had to give up. As of November 18, I received a refund, which is good, but my husband, who faced the same issue, has not heard back regarding his refund request.
