Big hole in tyre, weather filthy as storm Bert was raging. RAC put me in touch with Londons mobile tyre fitting and gave me the price. I believe Sean was my attending fitter. He rang me a number of times to reassure he was on his way. Reached me in the hour promised and had the tyre changed in about 20 minutes. He kindly offered I sit in his van as he worked due to the weather, but I declined as I love watching this kind of thing. He was polite and cheerful throughout, even patiently answering my raft of questions as to 'how he did that'. Considering it was Saturday tea time and pouring with rain I was so pleased to see the van arrive, and I cannot fault the service I received. Thank you.
This guy is a big time scam!!! Serious scams artists and I’m about to report the guy. My tyre had completely gone flat. I called him and he said he’ll charge me £80 to change my punctured tyre. When he came he said the tyre just needed air. But still charged me £80 pounds just to add air to my tyre. What a rip off. That’s not even the only issue. It’s been 5 days and the tyre has gone completely flat again. Not even a week. But yet when I told him to change the wheel to my spare tyres he advised not to change the wheel but to keep it. Only for the tyre to be flat in less than a week. He does not know what he’s doing and is not skilled. Now I have to pay someone more money to fix this puncture. Don’t listen to his response cause it’s full of crap. It’s a joke. Please don’t waste your time with this rubbish company
I hit a pothole on the way to work this morning and completely blew out my tyre.I would highly recommend this company . From the phone call to the guys arriving within the hour as stated , they were all very professional helpful and courteous .Absolutely Amazing experience Great customer service and satisfaction . I’ve already highly recommend to family and friends . I was one very happy lady this morning. Well done guys truly awesome!!!
This company was called by RAC to come to change my tyre after an incident causing a large gash in my tyreI was incredibly grateful for the speed and efficiency which this company responded. the professional and friendly service was totally commendable. Not only dealing with the damaged wheel and tyre but checked all my tyres and filled them with air where needed. How heartedly recommend this company, thank you Isn. I will always call in this company if need be in the future.
These services are fantastic. I could not recommend them enough. I had my tyre burst later at night with my young daughter in the car from an emergency visit to minor injuries and I was in real trouble not knowing what to do due to expired breakdown cover. So I found these services and they arrived within an hour and changed the tyre so quickly and efficiently. The guy who replaced was so professional and very kind too. Really great service.
