Current status
- The IMEI/network check and unlock are in progress for IMEI 352472598797095 (iPhone 13 — Spectrum USA).
- These checks sometimes take a little time to return; IMEI checks usually finish within minutes up to 1 hour. If the Standard or Premium job has been placed, completion commonly takes 24–72 hours (often sooner). Premium jobs can also finish in hours to a few days depending on the network.
What you should do now
- Keep the iPhone connected to Wi‑Fi and charged — this is important so the final Apple activation step can apply automatically.
- Don’t insert another SIM, restore, or try other unlock tools while we’re processing.
About payments and refunds (so you don’t worry)
- I applied your $65 account credit to start the job and, per your instruction, will only charge the card on file for any Premium shortfall up to $40. I will not charge more than you authorised.
- If we need to attempt Premium and it fails, our Terms (section 7.9) require that both Standard and Premium payments are refunded back to your card — so you’re protected. Eligibility Checks are non‑refundable (that’s the $14.99), but your $65 credit was applied toward the unlock itself.
- If you request a cash refund now, because a credit note was already issued, refunds to card are only issued under the Refund Policy’s eligible conditions (e.g., Premium failure, incorrect unlocking code after working with our tech). If we approve a card refund, banks usually take ~5–10 business days (sometimes up to 14) to show the money after we process it.
