The biggest scam I ever experienced was when they asked for $19.99 to unlock my network. I paid, and then they sent me a screenshot saying it was for an eligibility check. This was never disclosed before, and I have all the proof. I contacted customer service, but there has been no response for 20 days. I sent an email, but it seems your email is blocked. Break your device, but never trust these websites; they are the biggest scammers ever.
My personal info was hacked, someone used my card on this website, reported it as fraud to bank and got a threatening email from this company saying I had to pay €60 otherwise my phone will be blacklisted. Tried to contact them, no luck. Have raised a dispute through my bank and have reported the company.
This website is 100% a SCAM. Do not waste your time contacting them. If you do not receive the service you paid for (and you will not), contact your bank immediately and request a chargeback. This way you will obtain a forced refund, and the score of these scammers will drop significantly until they are eventually forced to shut down due to bankruptcy. This is the only way. Do not consider the positive reviews — they are fake and posted by accomplices and bots. Check the dates of the positive reviews and you will understan
Horrific
These people are SCAMMERS. You would have got that sign when they lure you in with the small $28 fee but it's not to unlock your phone. They falsely make it look like they are starting the process only for them to say to actually start the process, it will cost you MORE money $68 or something. Then after you pay that, as in my case the thing said it will take 10 full days. Very frustraing, So you (I) wait 10 days. Then it goes past the 10 days, still not completed. So you cancel and demand your full refund. They will then be slippery like snakes, using words. Anything to not give me back my money. I made it clear just give me back the refund you said I can get. Then radio silence. My thing is still not complete but I told them days ago end it and to refund my money. They still haven't and they have stopped replying. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!

Days and days ago I told you to just give me back my money. You people are well past the 10 day limit. I even waited and it was not done. I'm over your nonsense. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY. I'm not moving forward with ANYTHING you're doing. I was done with you long ago.
FUTURE VICTIMS: It looks like they still have hurdles and new rules if they ever claim to get the job done. It's a never ending drama. WICKEDNESS and SCAM of the highest degree.
Update: The SCAMMERS of Mobile Unlocks are again refusing to reply and stopping me from sending them the message to give me back my money. Yes, that is something they do when they ghost you. They literally stop you from messaging them. It has gone on for days now. My only method of communication is to update this review. WICKED WICKED people.
I'm not someone you can do just anything to. War is coming.

I have an iPhone 16 pro max from T-Mobile that needed to be unlocked and they claimed it would be ready to unlock within 24 to 72 hours .it's been a week and their excuse is their waiting for servers to approve the unlock. I think or I should have known this was a scam cause I'm still waiting. beware with this scam people. Over and out.
I asked for a refund after the unlock process failed. However, I was blocked from live chat after requesting the refund and following up on its status. I've been trying to reach out via email for a week with no response. Please process my refund and let's resolve this.
I paid for the eligibility check and unlock service, which cost nearly 90€, as I urgently needed to unlock my phone for travel. The estimated completion time was 4 days and 4 hours, starting on December 29th. Now, on January 4th, it is still not completed. I reached out to live support, expecting good communication, but after following their instructions multiple times with no progress on unlocking my phone, I raised my concerns and was subsequently blocked from the live chat for alleged misuse. I've since emailed the contact they provided when I was blocked but have yet to receive a response. Right now, I genuinely feel scammed.
This is a formal legal complaint and final notice regarding the deceptive business practices encountered. I was charged a $19.99 fee for an eligibility check, only to be informed afterward of an additional $68 standard unlock fee, followed by yet another charge of $174 for an advanced unlock service. This sequence of forced payments is misleading and appears to be a scam. The business information provided is unverifiable and raises legal concerns regarding:
• Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations
• Companies Act obligations for business address disclosure
• E-Commerce regulations I demand the following actions:
1. A complete refund of the $87.99 standard unlock fee.
2. Immediate cancellation of any further charges and termination of the order. If my demands are not met within 48 hours, I will take the following steps:
A. File a fraud claim with my bank, providing evidence of misleading fees and services not rendered.
B. Report this business to relevant UK regulatory bodies.
C. Publish warnings to inform potential customers about these practices. This is your final warning. Immediate resolution is necessary to avoid further escalation.
This service is a scam. I initially paid £14.99 and then £42, only to be told I had to wait 9 hours for an unlock. I was then informed it couldn't be unlocked unless I paid an additional £133. In total, I've lost over £50. Completely unacceptable!
