I don't really have anything favourable to say about this "survey" company. I installed the app with the promise of a £20 Amazon GC after two weeks. Received 2 points for my first two weeks using the app. Just under three weeks later, I received an email stating I had enough points to redeem for my gift card. I excitedly accessed the mobilexpression app and all I had was 4 points - the 20 points were never applied to my account. The support team are hopeless - clearly customer service isn't one of their priorities.
