My family member referred me to this app thinking it would be a great way for us to earn rewards. Instead, we all got blocked. MobileXpression’s system is clearly incapable of distinguishing between different people living in the same house. They claim we are 'duplicate accounts' just because we share a Wi-Fi connection.
Even though we are all separate adults with our own phones, they shut us all down and kept the data they’ve been tracking for months. It’s a convenient way for them to avoid paying out rewards. I offered to prove my identity, but they don't care. They got what they wanted (my data) and gave nothing in return. Absolute waste of time
I am extremely disappointed with MobileXpression. This company encourages you to refer family members, but the moment you do, their "security algorithm" flags the entire household as a single user. We have three separate adults in this house—all with unique devices and accounts—yet we have all been blocked.The most frustrating part? They continued to track our data for weeks and months, but the moment we reached a payout threshold, they locked us out for "violating terms." It feels like a bait-and-switch scam designed to harvest personal data without ever fulfilling the reward.Customer support is useless. I offered to provide IDs for every person in the house to prove we are unique individuals, and they ignored the offer with a generic, "decision is final" response. If you live with anyone else who uses this app, stay away. They will take your information and then find a technicality to keep your earnings. Extremely unethical.
To me mobilexpressions is a total rip off I have been with them for quiet sometimes and mind you im completely honest from the beginning about my device and now when it becomes time to cash out I get a message saying that my award account is locked so I email mobilexpressions and now that they have gotten all the info they wanted off my phone they rell me that I didn't meet the requirements for the incentive program they don't even deserve a star people your phones has very very private information on them take it gpfrom someone who knows be careful who you let into your phone
I was a consistent user for 7 years. I recently got a new phone and was locked out. I contacted support only to get this snotty response. I've only turned off the VPN occasionally when it was actively blocking me from doing things on my phone. "After further reviewing your account, we can confirm that you did not fulfill the necessary participation requirements needed to qualify for the incentive. Unfortunately based on your account not meeting the standards of activity and participation, we have canceled your order.We understand your frustration regarding this matter, however our decision to cancel your order and lock your account has been made."

I used their program for a year to get some extra money for bills. However, their VPN has been very inconsistent in the last few months to where it’s simply unusable.When I attempted to cash out on my amount, they declined my amount & locked my account. Closing my account when I didn’t break any rules, did not go against their TOS at any point. And they were smug about it in their response. Like they have experience in screwing over the people that use their probably illegal platform. Do not waste your time with these thugs. All they care about is taking your information and screwing you out of the money you deserve.
I have been a user for about three years and have had no problems with the app or with redeeming points. A few days ago I tried to redeem some points and my account was "locked." I sent an email to support and received an inadequate, unprofessional and rude reply that gave me no instructions for fixing the problem. I was surprised as I did my best to fix the problem and I redeemed points with no issue a few months ago.
